These Terms & Conditions govern the automated SMS messaging program operated by NeuralStreet LLC ("NeuralStreet," "we," "us") on behalf of licensed electrical contractors. By providing SMS consent during a call handled by our AI-assisted system, you agree to these terms.
NeuralStreet operates an AI-assisted inbound call handling service for licensed electrical contractors. When a customer calls a phone number serviced by NeuralStreet and provides SMS consent, they may receive automated text messages confirming their service request, callback preference, or appointment inquiry. These messages are sent on behalf of the electrical contractor who owns the phone number that was called.
Message frequency varies based on customer interactions. Customers typically receive no more than one SMS per service inquiry initiated through a NeuralStreet-serviced phone number.
SMS consent is collected verbally during the call when the caller confirms they agree to receive a text message confirmation. Consent is specific to the service inquiry initiated during that call. SMS consent is not required as a condition of service and may be declined without affecting the caller's ability to request service.
To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, contact the electrical contractor directly.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NeuralStreet does not charge any fee for SMS messages sent through this program.
Information collected through this SMS program is used solely to fulfill the service request initiated by the caller. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This messaging program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
NeuralStreet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of SMS services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
